Attached to the Commercial & Operations Department, the Commercial Delegate is responsible for:
– Promote the image of EmyWork and its products.
– Monitor and develop your customer portfolio according to your market segment.
– Develop the turnover of its area, and carry out a follow-up of the debts of the retailers.
– Propose potential commercial targets to be exploited for the development of the network in consultation with the Operator's commercial team.
– Ensure competitive intelligence in relation to the market.
– Monitor marketing promotion actions in the field: product, institutional, sponsorship, etc.
– Define the means to be implemented to make the commercial approach effective: telephone follow-up, sending of commercial documentation, terminal message, commercial application EmyWork, mailings… for the promotion of the image and products of EmyWork.
– Follow up and process complaints.
– Participate in the study of EmyWork Client files.
– Ensure compliance with the terms of the contract and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Ensure regular field visits, mailings, or telephone surveys to maintain contact with Customers, and write minutes of meetings.
– Monitor and analyze sales made by product and by region and propose appropriate development actions.
– Monitor operations on terminals: neutralization, deactivation/reactivation, uninstallation.
– Participate in the design and launch operations of new Services: design, management rules, regulations, etc.
5. Profile sought
• Diploma of bac+2/3 level at least, with a specialization in commercial action, sales force, commerce and management;
• Professional experience of at least 3 years in the sales sector;
• Good knowledge of the company's offer and the market: competition, product functionalities;
• Marketing and technical culture, to dialogue with various interlocutors;
• Mastery of IT tools, in particular software packages dedicated to commercial reporting.
• Knowledge of sales techniques;
• Spirit of rigor and reliability, sense of confidentiality and discretion;
• Interpersonal skills and good communication;
• The ability to work in a team.
